Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

We always ship as soon as we possibly can, and most orders ship within a few days.  We will notify you if there will be a delay shipping your order.  We try to carry a reasonable inventory, though some premium wood models may be unavailable from time to time. Our business hours are Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm PST. Recognize that orders placed outside of business hours will be processed the next business day.

Expedited Shipping:  

If you specify an expedited shipping method and want your order to go out the same day, we must receive it by 12 noon, Pacific time Monday through Friday.  We have to get your parcel to UPS or the Post Office prior to their deadline for expedited shipping.

Signature Service Required:

We normally require a signature on high-value items.  If this is not convenient, please email us when you place your order.

Note:  Your credit card is charged when you place your order. 

International Orders

We ship worldwide.  International shipping is by USPS Priority Express International, Priority Mail International, or UPS.  Small items are sent via First Class Mail International.  Shipping charges are calculated at checkout time.

Shipping to most offshore (Europe, Asia, Australia, New Zealand) destinations takes 6-10 days via Priority Express International.  Shipping to Canadian addresses is by Priority Mail.  UPS is available in Canada but you will be charged a hefty brokerage fee.  

Duty, VAT, other taxes

Check with Customs regarding any duty or tax you will be charged on imported goods before you place your order.   Please do not ask us to falsify Customs documents to avoid paying these fees. 

If you have special instructions, you can add them at checkout time or email us.

Return Policy

You may return items in new condition within 60 days of delivery for a full refund.  (This does not include ZÜCA products, see more information below.)

If you need to return an item, please
Contact Us to make arrangements.  Be sure to pack returned items carefully, preferably in the original packing, and insure the contents for their full value.

What is ZÜCA’s warranty policy?
ZÜCA warrants that your ZÜCA products are free of defects in materials and craftsmanship. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper care, skateboard contests or alterations. For more information on ZÜCA’s warranty policy, visit Warranty Policy.

Please note:

  • The warranty applies to the ORIGINAL PURCHASER ONLY.
  • You must call or email HansenCrafts (360) 747-7746 / support@hansencrafts.com to get the warranty proccess started.

Will I void my warranty if I customize my ZÜCA?
We encourage you to have fun with your ZÜCA and you should feel free to customize it. However, keep in mind that any modifications made to your Frame or Insert Bag may void the warranty on the product.

What is ZÜCA’s return policy?
If you place your order within 30 days, you may send the unused product back for a refund. To start the process:

  • Call or email HansenCrafts (360) 747-7746 / support@hansencrafts.com.
  • You will be given an RMA number. The RMA number will help ZÜCA to know who the return is coming from, and make the return process a lot faster.
  • Write the RMA number on the outside of the box.
  • Ship your ZÜCA in its original packaging to:

Please note:


  • Returned goods must be in perfect, unused condition with all original parts and tags.
  • Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
  • After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns for any reason other than manufacturing defects.
  • The shipping cost for sending back merchandise to be processed for a return is the responsibility of the customer.
  • We recommend using a traceable shipping method such as FedEx or UPS.
  • ZÜCA may choose to reject the delivery of your package if you don't have an RMA number.
  • Restocking fee may apply.\
  • You must call or email HansenCrafts to get the return process started and recieve your refund.

My ZÜCA has a defect. What can I do?
If you find that your ZÜCA has a defect call or email HansenCrafts (360) 747-7746 / support@hansencrafts.com so we can get the warranty process started.

If you find that the zipper is broken then do not fear. It is not defective. Our zippers are self-repairing. Run the zippers back and forth until the teeth of the zippers align themselves, linking the rows together. After the rows have linked together then the zipper has repaired itself.
