Replacement brake tensioner assembly.  This is the internal cord that goes from the brake tension knob to the brake band swivel.

This can be damaged if someone continues to turn the brake knob on a miniSpinner well beyond the maximum extent of its adjustment.  You can usually tell this has happened because the swivel of the brake band assembly has been pulled down tightly to the base of your miniSpinner.
