Shipping:
We always ship as soon as we possibly can, and most orders ship within a few days. All miniSpinners are assembled when an order is received, so shipping may be delayed. We will notify you if there will be a delay shipping your order. Our business hours are Monday through Friday from 9am to 3pm PST. Recognize that orders placed outside of business hours will be processed the next business day. Expedited Shipping:If you choose Expedited Shipping, we will try to get your miniSpinner assembled and shipped as soon as we are able. All miniSpinners are assembled when the order is received and assembly time varies so keep that in mind when you choose this option. Signature Service Required:We normally require a signature on high-value items. If this is not convenient, please email us when you place your order. |

International Orders
We ship worldwide. International shipping is by USPS Priority Express International, Priority Mail International, or UPS. Small items are sent via First Class Mail International. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout time.
Shipping to most offshore (Europe, Asia, Australia, New Zealand) destinations takes 6-10 days via Priority Express International. Shipping to Canadian addresses is by Priority Mail. UPS is available in Canada but you will be charged a hefty brokerage fee.
Duty, VAT, other taxes
Check with Customs regarding any duty or tax you will be charged on imported goods before you place your order. Please do not ask us to falsify Customs documents to avoid paying these fees.

Return Policy
You may return items in new condition within 60 days of delivery for a full refund of the products you ordered. You are responsible for the costs to ship the item(s) back.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us to make arrangements. Be sure to pack returned items carefully, preferably in the original packing, and insure the contents for their full value.
Warranty:
miniSpinners are warranted against defects for life to the original owner. We expect that you will maintain your miniSpinner according to the instructions, and not abuse it. We provide outstanding product support to all miniSpinner owners.
